ABOUT SCOOPS DESIGN

Scoops Design is the invention of graphic designer and art director Sophie Cooper. Making brooches initially as presents for her friends and as a way of relaxing from her stressful Network Art Director job in TV. She found herself being repeatedly questioned by strangers about the self-crafted designs pinned to her own lapel.

So, with brooches in hand, she approached small boutiques around Sydney and Melbourne, who took Scoops to heart and to their display cabinets. With a stall at the 2007 Young Designers Markets at the Powerhouse Museum, Scoops scored column inches in a number of magazines including Frankie, Rush, Cosmopolitan and Yen. MORE INFO
