UPDATE: We're currently unable to bring on any more suppliers... We're pretty full & need to focus on selling now for Christmas! The only thing we will still take is giftable food items!

Sustainability:
All of the brands stock at SUSSD are actively working towards a better future for our planet, and/or support their communities in a meaningful way.
The products are made to last (or edible!) and ideally have no plastic in their packaging.
Innovation:
We’re looking for quality, giftable & sustainable living products that you don’t see everywhere.
Fun:
We’re bright, retro and fun. Although we also appreciate an arty or earthy sustainable brand.
Each selected brand will be allocated a space display their products. Wall hanging space for art is also available. You can come in, to display your products or deliver your items and I’ll display them for you. Along with your products, we will display your branding, a mini bio and info around your sustainability values and how you meet these.
Your sales minus 35% commission will be deposited into your bank account weekly. There are no other fees.
I have lots of stock, what should I bring?
We’re looking for those pick-up & buy items. Bright, fun & great sellers! We're more than happy to talk to you about your stock & what would fit best at SUSSD.
How long will the shop be open for?
The new SUSSD store opening in September is a more permanent shop, the lease is for 5 months with option to extend.
Where & when will the shop open?
The new shop location is Station Street, Frankston. It's a large 174SQM shop in a very busy thoroughfare. We'll be opening Friday 8th September, with launch day being Saturday 9th September, that I'd LOVE our makers to come along to if you can!
Have you run a shop before?
Bella Jordan, the founder at SUSSD has many years in-store retail experience. Working for high street brands in the UK such as Monsoon/Accessorize, H&M & TK Maxx, Bella has a wealth of experience, holding positions of Visual Merchandiser, Window Display & Store Manager. Bella has also previously run 2 pop ups, one being a gift stall in a shopping centre in Leeds, UK, and the other being a makers shop selling hand crafted items. SUSSD Store is an amalgamation of her wealth of experience, with a focus on sustainability & planet, which is her core driver to bring SUSSD to the people of Frankston.
What about theft?
Customer service is build in to the fibre of being on team SUSSD! This means there will be limited opportunity for theft. We will do everything to ‘help’ every customer. So whilst we cannot be responsible for reimbursing any stolen products, we will certainly have a very minimal loss %.
How will you sell our items?
We don’t sell. We help. We get to know your brand and products as we get to know our customers, their style, and who they’re potentially buying for. This way we can guide them in their buying journey. We also know when to cool-off and allow the natural ‘browsers’ of the world to shop as they please!
